IP 1000 Applications
These spray on polymer coatings are not just for truck bed liners. They also protect fenders, bumpers, floor boards, nerf bars and trims. In fact, whole vehicles have been sprayed. The same polymer spray can be applied to emergency vehicles, commercial transport, heavy construction, agriculture equipment and even boats.
Spraying polymer serves two purposes. First and foremost it adds years of service by preventing scratching, rusting, and chemical contamination from deteriorating unlike most other OEM paints. Secondly it can create a smooth, roughed up, anti-skid, anti-slip and anti-static surface.
For Pick-ups: IP 1000 Polymer is heavily used to line the beds of pick-up trucks. It means an end to cracking drop in liners. With a IP 1000, it also means that chemicals, water and dirt will not slip between the liner and the truck, as can happen with drop in liners. The textured finish available with IP 1000 grips cargo and provides an anti-slip surface. Call now for a quote, prices are competitive with plastic liners.
For Vans: We can line the floor and even the side walls of your van or even fully encapsulate. Some people who use their van for messy work even choose to have the roof lined as well. IP 1000 can be applied directly to a metal floor or onto a ply lining.
For 4x4's: IP 1000 is great for off road vehicles, whether it be the inside, the underneath, checker plating or the exterior panels. IP 1000 leaves surfaces corrosion free and easy to clean.
For Horse Boxes: Whether it be a lorry or a trailer, IP 1000 Polymers means an end to rotting chassis. IP 1000 Spray Liner will completely seal the floor of the vehicle and provide a surface that is grippy and easy to wash. The rubber crumb option is great for this application.
